SITAN MP43 Anti-H2S Multi - parameters Production Logging Tool

The existing MP43 Anti-H2S multi-parameter logging tool includes measurement parameters: three parameters (Gamma Ray, CCL, and Temperature), quartz crystal pressure gauge, tuning fork density, on-line flowrate, water-cut, full bore flow meter. Total length is 5911mm.

To reduce the length of existing MP43 Anti-H2S multi-parameter logging tool, the combinations could be as following:

Combination 1:

At present, with the company's existing technology, the full bore turbine flowmeter, water-hold up, online flowmeter can be combined together to be dual flowrate water-hold up, with total length 1800mm.

Combination 2:

Make the tuning fork density and the quartz crystal pressure gauge together to be a pressure density tool, with total length 1000mm.

Combination 3:

Make the three parameter (Gamma Ray, CCL, and Temperature) and the pressure gauge together to be a four parameter tool, with total length 1500mm.

Combination 4:

Make the tuning fork and on line flowrate together to be an on-line flowrate density tool, with total length 1000mm.

Combination 5:

Make the tuning fork density, online flowmeter, water-hold up, and full bore turbine flowmeter together as a dual flowrate water-cut density tool, with total length 2200mm.

After re-combination, the multi-parameter logging tool’s total length is as flowing:

Solution A:

Three parameter (Gamma Ray, CCL, and Temperature) + Pressure density + Dual flowrate water-hold up

Solution B:

Four parameter (Gamma Ray, CCL, and Temperature, pressure) + Flowrate density + Flowrate water-hold up

Solution C:

Four parameter (Gamma Ray, CCL, and Temperature, pressure) + Dual flowrate density water-hold up (on line, full bore, flowrate, density)
