   It is a resounding slogan proposed by the oil man to carry out oil recovery three times and improve oil recovery. The third time oil recovery refers to a method of oil recovery by injecting chemicals into the formation to drive out oil. China is the country with the highest degree of industrialization of third time oil recovery in the world. The research and application of polymer flooding technology is in the forefront of the world. In recent years, the oil production of tertiary oil production has accounted for 6% of China's oil production, and has increased year by year. Therefore, carrying out tertiary oil recovery with intelligent oil production increased system is a strategic requirement to slow down the aging rate of most oilfields in China, maintain the stable production of oil in China, and reduce China's dependence on foreign oil.

   With the further popularization and application of polymer flooding technology, there are fewer and fewer oilfields suitable for polymer flooding.
